This series of installations, produced in conjunction with the Indian artist Gunjan Kumar, evolved from a collaboration first initiated at the Edward Albee Foundation in Montauk New York. The works, created with ground tumeric and sea salt, are a response to the site of the gallery as well as each artist's initial impulse. The resulting pieces are a cohesive synthesis from two diverse working methodologies and backgrounds.
